Do you have anything to say about these tactics?Donald Trump has repeatedly stepped over the line with his irresponsible rhetoric, and it shouldn't be any surprise that more and more protestors are turning out against him.
- Do you plan to participate in the traditional three debates, between yourself and Donald Trump?Any chance we can get to expose Trump's complete lack of preparation for the Presidency is a win for us.
- What was your rationale behind selecting Julian Castro as your running mate?Julian Castro is a bright, young, energetic man who will be perfectly ready to assume the Presidency from day one. He represents the best and brightest of the Hispanic community.
- The FBI has recommended the indictment of several of your aides, based on classified intelligence which they obtained from secure facilities and emailed to you. Do you have any comment?This is yet another example, like Benghazi or many others, of a politically motivated witch hunt. I support my associates completely, and fully expect to see their names cleared before this is done.
- At a Trump rally today, a deranged supporter fired at several protestors before he was tackled. Are these rallies getting out of hand?Repeatedly, Mr. Trump has refused to acknowledge the consequences of his divisive rhetoric, and events at his rallies continue to escalate. What will it take for him to acknowledge that he is responsible?
- What is your position on gun control?I support common-sense measures to reduce gun violence in this country.
- What actions would you take in Syria to help stabilize the situation there, and to combat ISIS?We should establish a safe zone in Syria for refugees, while doing anything we can to effect a transition from Assad.
- What is your opinion of Barack Obama's performance as President?I'm proud that we were able to elect an African-American as President in this country. I really am. But we need to focus on the future now, and not on what may have gone right or wrong the last few years.
- Do you believe that the Senate should confirm Merrick Garland, an Obama appointee, to the Supreme Court?This is congressional obstructionism at its worst. We've seen any number of judges be appointed in the final year of a term. We can't have what we're seeing right now.
- Do you support any type of comprehensive immigration reform, and if so, to what extent?I believe this is a good policy, and I'm willing to make compromises in the area of immigration enforcement to build a working coalition.
- How concerned are you about the $17 trillion debt that the United States currently owes?Barack Obama has reduced the deficit of this country by over half since his first year in office, and I will do anything I can to continue his policies.
- To what extent will you attack Donald Trump for any number of statements he has made about women in his past, including in this election cycle?Mr. Trump's gross and outlandish rhetoric should disgust any decent, hard-working women in our society. We need to show that there is no place for this rhetoric.
