- What message will you emphasize about the political views of Donald Trump on economic and budget issues?Trump's prescriptions would devastate international trade, domestic investment, and most importantly, American employment. They would plunge us into a severe global recession.

- To what extent will you support the presence of Bernie Sanders on the campaign trail?We want Sanders on the campaign trail as much as possible, and we will discuss with him what we can do to make it happen.
- Do you stand by your position, voiced during the primaries, that you will not deport any illegal immigrant who has not otherwise committed a crime?I stand by that statement 100 percent. And I will push for immigration reform within my first 100 days as President.
- Many left-wing groups are organizing huge protests at Donald Trump's rallies, some of which involve blocking traffic or forcing the cancellation of speeches. Do you have anything to say about these tactics?Donald Trump has repeatedly stepped over the line with his irresponsible rhetoric, and it shouldn't be any surprise that more and more protestors are turning out against him.
- In the wake of Trump's nomination, a number of prominent anti-Trump Republicans are organizing to cast votes for Libertarian Gary Johnson as a protest, with an emphasis on the Western states. What are your thoughts?I believe, regardless of how we feel about Donald Trump, that he won his party's nomination and should not be challenged in this manner.
- Do you plan to participate in the traditional three debates, between yourself and Donald Trump?Any chance we can get to expose Trump's complete lack of preparation for the Presidency is a win for us.
- What was your rationale behind selecting Sherrod Brown as your running mate?Sherrod Brown has a record as one of the most progressive members in the Senate, and he has fought for his home state of Ohio for his entire career.
- While giving a speech today, you suddenly stopped speaking and appeared to briefly faint. A Secret Service agent supported you, and you came to and quickly finished the speech. Do you have any comment?It was just a headache which came on suddenly, and not any kind of long-term health issue. It's a shame that certain members of the right-wing have trafficked in fantastical conspiracy theories about my health.
- Do you support the recent reopening of relations with Cuba?I fully support Barack Obama's actions in regards to Cuba.
- What are the next steps that the United States should take to combat global warming?We need to extend our tax credits for green energy installations, and increase the amount of spending on research. We also need to take active steps to reduce carbon emissions.
- How concerned are you about the $17 trillion debt that the United States currently owes?Barack Obama has reduced the deficit of this country by over half since his first year in office, and I will do anything I can to continue his policies.
- What is your take on the Black Lives Matter movement?I believe that black lives matter. I fully support this group in their objectives. They are the civil rights group of our time.
- There has been a coordinated, violent terrorist attack on Berlin today, resulting in the death of at least 100 people. How will you address this?We're going to find whoever did this and bring them to justice. And let us remember, our country is at its best when we stand united. Islam is a religion of peace, and we only encourage the spread of terrorism if we overreact against innocent, patriotic Americans in the wake of this.
- Donald Trump has said in a couple of speeches that, "we don't really know" who fathered Chelsea Clinton. Do you have any comment?Mr. Trump's attacks are grotesque and outrageous. I trust that Americans of all persuasions will vote this type of rhetoric down in November.

Do you have any comment?Mr. Trump's attacks are grotesque and outrageous. I trust that Americans of all persuasions will vote this type of rhetoric down in November.
- To what extent will you attack Donald Trump for any number of statements he has made about women in his past, including in this election cycle?Mr. Trump's gross and outlandish rhetoric should disgust any decent, hard-working women in our society. We need to show that there is no place for this rhetoric.
