What should he emphasize?Obama should focus on his accomplishments and the improving economy, and then on how I will uphold his policies and legacy as President.

What are your thoughts?I believe, regardless of how we feel about Donald Trump, that he won his party's nomination and should not be challenged in this manner.
- Do you plan to participate in the traditional three debates, between yourself and Donald Trump?We shouldn't dignify Donald Trump's views with a debate. I will decline to participate in them.
- What was your rationale behind selecting Sherrod Brown as your running mate?Sherrod Brown has a record as one of the most progressive members in the Senate, and he has fought for his home state of Ohio for his entire career.
- In a hearing today, a New York judge has set the trial date for the Trump University lawsuit to August of this year. Do you have any comment?Let's reserve judgment and wait to see how this trial turns out.
- At a Trump rally today, a deranged supporter fired at several protestors before he was tackled. Are these rallies getting out of hand?Whatever our thoughts, let's send our prayers for the people affected and hope that no further incidents occur in the future.
- What is your position on the abortion issue?I will defend a woman's right to choose against any type of outside attack or meddling. We need to fight the recent attacks on abortion access.
- Do you believe that the Senate should confirm Merrick Garland, an Obama appointee, to the Supreme Court?You can't confirm him. We've got to let the people decide this November.
- What are the next steps that the United States should take to combat global warming?The entire global warming alarm is a fantasy. A lot of people are pushing it so they can increase their own power and decision making.
- Do you have plans to take in more than the current level of 10,000 refugees per annum from the conflict in Syria?We'll take as many refugees as Saudi Arabia takes. And in any case, we're going to helping out with a safe zone in Syria to protect vulnerable people.
- There has been a coordinated, violent terrorist attack on Berlin today, resulting in the death of at least 100 people. How will you address this?The first thing is, let's take a moment of respect for the people who were affected by this horrible tragedy. And I trust that the European authorities are on this case and over the coming weeks we will get more information about what happened.
- To what extent will you attack Donald Trump for any number of statements he has made about women in his past, including in this election cycle?Everybody knows about these kinds of statements. We shouldn't allow ourselves to be dragged into the gutter on this. Rather, we should focus on policy issues in our campaign.
