- What message will you emphasize as you accept your party's nomination for President of the United States?I will unite our country, not tear it apart. We have such an odious, unpopular, unqualified candidate from the Republican side that there really is just one choice.

- To what extent will you attack Donald Trump for the rhetoric he has used about Mexicans, Muslims, women, and other groups?I am going to be pretty explicit in calling out the rhetoric and demagoguery of Donald Trump throughout this election.
- To what extent will you attack Donald Trump for the controversy surrounding Trump University?We have a civil case in progress which will draw plenty of attention to this matter. I have plenty of other things to attack Donald Trump over.
- What message will you emphasize about the political views of Donald Trump on economic and budget issues?Free trade and globalization have been a huge driver of economic growth over the past 25 years.

- To what extent will you campaign with Barack Obama, or support his presence on the campaign trail this year?I am my own candidate. We need to minimize how much we are associated with the Obama Administration during this campaign.
- To what extent will you support the presence of Bernie Sanders on the campaign trail?We don't really plan to discuss this. I'd rather not be responsible for whatever Sanders might say.
- Donald Trump is attacking you almost daily on your 2002 vote in favor of the Iraq War. How do you plan to respond?We would have stabilized Iraq and won a great victory there, if we hadn't pulled out so hastily.
- Do you stand by your position, voiced during the primaries, that you will not deport any illegal immigrant who has not otherwise committed a crime?This is my preferred position. But unfortunately, it looks as though the courts will rule that Obama has gone too far.
- Many left-wing groups are organizing huge protests at Donald Trump's rallies, some of which involve blocking traffic or forcing the cancellation of speeches. Do you have anything to say about these tactics?Donald Trump has repeatedly stepped over the line with his irresponsible rhetoric, and it shouldn't be any surprise that more and more protestors are turning out against him.
- Do you plan to participate in the traditional three debates, between yourself and Donald Trump?Any chance we can get to expose Trump's complete lack of preparation for the Presidency is a win for us.
- What was your rationale behind selecting Cory Booker as your running mate?Cory Booker is a bright, young, energetic man who will be perfectly ready to assume the Presidency from day one. He represents the best and brightest of the African-American community.
- While giving a speech today, you suddenly stopped speaking and appeared to briefly faint. A Secret Service agent supported you, and you came to and quickly finished the speech. Do you have any comment?It was just a headache which came on suddenly, and not any kind of long-term health issue. It's a shame that certain members of the right-wing have trafficked in fantastical conspiracy theories about my health.
- In a hearing today, a New York judge has set the trial date for the Trump University lawsuit to August of this year. Do you have any comment?Let's reserve judgment and wait to see how this trial turns out.
- What is your position on the abortion issue?Abortion is a terrible, terrible thing. We need judges in this country that will see it that way, and end this practice once and for all.
- What steps will you take to reduce or increase spending as President, per your priorities?We need to constrain future spending increases and allow the economy to grow, which should make our debt more manageable over time.
- Do you support the practice of fracking? What is your overall view on energy policy?I love fracking. We need to do anything we can to support it.
- What measures should be taken to make college more affordable?College administrators are skimming an unbelievable amount of money off of the federal government, and they're using student aid to drive up tuition. It's a terrible thing, really.

- There has been a coordinated, violent terrorist attack on London today, resulting in the death of at least 100 people. How will you address this?This is another case of radical Islamists attempting to destroy the values that we stand for. We have to admit that a huge part of Islam is at war with America and the western world, and we continue to have far too many people who are looking the other way.
- Donald Trump has said in a couple of speeches that, "we don't really know" who fathered Chelsea Clinton. Do you have any comment?Mr. Trump's attacks are grotesque and outrageous. I trust that Americans of all persuasions will vote this type of rhetoric down in November.

- To what extent will you attack Donald Trump for any number of statements he has made about women in his past, including in this election cycle?Everybody knows about these kinds of statements. We shouldn't allow ourselves to be dragged into the gutter on this. Rather, we should focus on policy issues in our campaign.
